MCPF Armor

The armor offered by my mod has a special function; there is a chance that a part of the armor will block 100% of the damage. The better the armor, the higher the chance of blocking. Additionally, each armor has its upper damage tolerance. For example, if a certain armor has a tolerance of 100 and you have a sword that deals 150 damage, in such a case, there is no chance of blocking the damage.

If the durability of a specific piece of armor drops to 0, it will then become damaged. Damaged armor will still provide some defense to the player, but the damage-blocking mechanic will no longer work. Armor can be repaired at the same tables where they are crafted. Some of them can also be upgraded to increase the chance of blocking damage

If your level is too low and you try to equip armour, it will simply fall off you

Witcher armor

  • Required level: 11

Templar Armor

  • Required level: 28
  • Damage threshold: 210
  • Chance to block damage: 20% * Number of armor parts

Hussar armor

  • Required level: 47

Nano armor

The matter of nano armor is a bit more complicated. It’s available from level 98. In addition to the basic damage-blocking mechanics, it has several other interesting features. It has a flight mode, night vision, and a ‘Tank Mode.’ To activate the armor, it must be charged with energy

After it’s activated, buttons will appear that allow you to enable night vision, flight, or defense mode. However, for the armor to fly, it must have gasoline and oxygen. It also has a built-in power generator. If the armor detects that the energy level is low, it will activate the generator and replenish the energy reserves. Similarly, if it detects that the tool you’re holding has a low energy level, it will start charging it

It has its own messages that will inform the player about what’s happening, for example, if the player gets poisoned or has low health points, the armor will detect it and provide healing

The chance of blocking damage by the armor is 60% when the defensive mode is turned off, and the upper damage tolerance is as high as 2000. If you decide to activate the defensive mode, the chance of blocking damage on the chestplate will increase to 70%, and the upper damage tolerance will increase to 4200

There are also two additional armors available. One allows breathing underwater, and the other is an alternative version of the fourth-tier armor that provides weaker protection to the player but allows for flight

Scuba suit

  • Required level: 46

This suit is only used for breathing underwater. It doesn’t have any protective properties against attacks. To be able to breathe underwater, you must have an oxygen tank. If you have the breathing suit on, right-click on the tank, and the air in the tank will transfer to the suit

ODM maneuvering equipment

  • Damage threshold: 1200
  • Chance to block damage: 50% * Number of armor parts

This armor serves as an alternative to the IV-tier crystal armor. If you manage to obtain a sword of IV+ tier and purchase a gas station, you will be able to fly. More information can be found on this website
